Refund policy

We make custom products, meaning we print customer's logo, names and colours into the material fibre and therefore, we can't refund deposit or payment once the order is on production.  It is your responsability to verify all informations submitted to CL Sportswear such as graphics, PMS colours*, player’s names and numbers (including attachments) are all accurate before approving and sending your order*

*Most of the time, we start production the day the order is confirmed (depending of our production schedule).  Our « just-in-time » business model is to meet tight deliveries, and meet datelines.

If you need to cancel an order, contact sales@CLsportswear.com to discuss your situation.  If the job is not started, we will accepted to refund minus ten pourcent.  If we have started the order, we may offer to refund « upon prorata » of the work done to date.

Damages and issues
Within 2 business days of the reception of your order, it is your responsabilités to inspect all products and contact us if any items are defectives, damaged or received a wrong item.  We will evaluate the issue in a timely fashion, and propose solutions.
